Objetivo
Tres hojas de referencia de tu avatar de IA —cuerpo completo, expresiones y rostro— con la misma persona en todos los ángulos, listas para que tu personaje se vea siempre igual. Solo subes una foto y copias los prompts.
Lo que necesitas antes de empezar
- Una selfie tuya o la foto de un avatar de IA. (Si aún no tienes tu avatar, primero créalo desde cero y luego vuelve aquí.)
- Una cuenta de Google Flow — la herramienta de Google que genera las imágenes. El modelo Nano Banana Pro es gratis.
Paso 1 — Abre Google Flow con Nano Banana Pro y sube tu foto
Entra a Google Flow, inicia una generación nueva con el modelo Nano Banana Pro (es gratis) y sube tu selfie (o la foto de tu avatar) como imagen de entrada. Después pega cada uno de los prompts de abajo para generar sus hojas.
Paso 2 — Genera la hoja de cuerpo completo
Crea una hoja con tu avatar en 4 vistas de cuerpo entero —frente, 3/4, perfil y espalda— manteniendo la misma persona, la misma ropa y el mismo peinado.
